Air-Conditioning
There is individual Air-Conditioning units in each room that work great! Use the On/Off button for cooling. Unit has been programmed for optimal comfort and convenience.
Important AC Tips
• The best advice is to just use the On/Off button for cooling, otherwise adjusting the settings tends to mess things up. We suggest the unit be left where it is at, near 24 degrees Celsius. IF YOU LOWER IT TOO MUCH, THE LINES MAY FREEZE AND CAUSE CONDINSATION AND WATER TO DRIP!!
• PLEASE TURN OFF THE A.C. WHEN LEAVING FOR ANY EXTENDED TIME. (Especially when you leave for fishing or island trips)
Water, Garbage, and Sewer

Casa Zaragoza is hooked up to city water and sewer. Please do not flush toilet paper, wipes, or feminine products down the toilet. There is a trash can in the bathroon for waste paper.
City garbage service is Tuesday. Please place all garbage in the trash can near the gate. There is a bin for recycling cans and bottles too.

Water- We recommend using bottled/purified water for drinking and cooking. For your convenience, there are purified 5 gallon water bottles in each room. A pitcher of purified water is always ready in the refrigerator
